At La Wig Maison, each unit is custom made with care and attention to detail.

Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict no refund policy under the following conditions:

❌ No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds because:

• All wigs are custom made to order
• Products are hair items (hygiene reasons)

  
  

  ✔️ Exceptions (Only if applicable)

  We will only offer a resolution if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is faulty upon arrival

  You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos
  • Order details

    📦 Important Conditions

    • The wig must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
    • Lace must not be cut
    • No styling or product applied

      🚚 Shipping Costs

      Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).
