Refund policy

Each La Wig Maison wig is made to order and customised to the specifications selected when you place your order.

Made-to-order & customised wigs

As our wigs are made to the customer’s specifications and/or personalised, they are not eligible for the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We therefore do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind.

Faulty or incorrect items

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your wig arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs/videos so we can resolve the issue.
